Reality TV fixture and kinda-sorta restaurateur ( RIP, Ryu) Scott Disick is expected to help fete celebrity magnet Sugar Factory Thursday, October 12, by hosting the grand opening of the months-old Arlington eatery. The candy-obsessed chain set up shop in Pentagon City earlier this spring, introducing Northern Virginians to its entertainer-endorsed brand of gourmet burgers, over-the-top shakes, and specialty ice cream.
